JUDGING & VOTING Information

VOTING

Voting is now closed;
1.) Go to our Contest Gallery: Click here to go to the Contest Gallery

2.) Browse through the entries. Each entry has a voting area associated with it (near the bottom of each entry).

3.) Follow the 1-2-3 steps to enter your votes.

4.) Please let us know if you need anything.

Voting Information:
1.) Verified public voting will be used to decide the winners.

2.) Verified Public voting will be only during the time specified.
Public Voting begins: November 11, 2002 12:01AM MST
Public Voting closed: November 25, 2002 11:59PM MST

3.) An active and accessible email address is required to vote.

4.) Designer's CHOICE award will be voted on by Designers at Bead-Patterns.com including all entries.

5.) On December 4, 2002 the winners will be announced.

6.) 2 Votes will be accepted from each voter:
1 Vote for an entry in the Hobbyist Category,
1 Vote for an entry in the Professional Category.

When Voting Begins:
1.) Visit the Contest Gallery

2.) Judging information and a Scoring Form are provided for the Judging Process.

3.) During the Voting time/dates there will be a VOTING information available

JUDGING TIPS

Judging can be based on the list of questions below:
Each item below should receive a rating:
For FALSE/TRUE questions the rating is 0 for FALSE and 1 for TRUE.
Some questions will be based on a scale of 1 to 10. One being rated low and 10 rated high.

1.) Does Entry include:
Something OLD? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.
Something NEW? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.
Something BORROWED? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.
Something BLUE? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.

2.) Was Entry created predominately using beads? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.

3.) Does Entry show Originality? Rate Scale: 1 to 10, 1=low, 10=High.
Use the picture shown in the CONTEST GALLERY.

4.) Does Entry show quality of work and presentation? Rate Scale: 1 to 10, 1=low, 10=High.
Use Picture shown in the CONTEST GALLERY.

5.) Did Entrant provide information as required? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.

Ratings should be totaled for each entry.
The Entry with the HIGHEST score would be the entry to vote for.
