1.) Verified public voting will be used to decide the winners.
 
2.) Verified Public voting will be only during the time specified.
    Public Voting begins: September 21, 2003   12:01AM MST
    Public Voting closed: October 9, 2003   11:59PM MST
 
3.) An active and accessible email address is required to vote.
 
4.) On October 13, 2003 the winners will be announced.
 
5.) 3 Votes will be accepted from each voter:
1 Vote for an entry in the Beginner Category,
1 Vote for an entry in the Hobbyist Category,
1 Vote for an entry in the Professional Category.

dotJudging can be based on the list of questions below:
Each item below should receive a rating:
For FALSE/TRUE questions the rating is 0 for FALSE and 1 for TRUE.
Some questions will be based on a scale of 1 to 10. One being rated low and 10 rated high.

1.) Does Entry fit "Earring Extravaganza"? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.

2.) Does Entry include one bead? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.

3.) Does Entry show Originality? Rate Scale: 1 to 10, 1=low, 10=High.

4.) Does Entry show quality of work and presentation? Rate Scale: 1 to 10, 1=low, 10=High.

5.) Did Entrant provide information as requested? Rate: 0 for False, 1 for True.

Ratings should be totaled for each entry.
