    Public Voting closed: May 12, 2004   11:59PM MST
 
3.) An active and accessible email address is required to vote.
 
4.) On May 17, 2004 the winners will be announced.
 
5.) 3 Votes will be accepted from each voter:
1 Vote for an entry in the Beginner Category,
1 Vote for an entry in the Hobbyist Category,
1 Vote for an entry in the Professional Category.

Some questions will be based on a scale of 1 to 10. One being rated low and 10 rated high.
