 CONTEST RULES
Please read the rules carefully.
Each Entrant agrees to read, agree with & abide by these rules prior to entering the contest.
- Entry must be created with at least one of Deb Moffett-Hall's existing Flower Panel (no birds) patterns including the FREE Sweet Pea Panel offered at Beadwork.About.com using size 11 cylinder beads. (Delica, Toho, Magnifica, etc.)
Examples: The basic panel patterns have been created, now show what you are doing with the panel(s); Pins, Ornament Covers, Necklaces, embellishments, fringe (extras not included with the Flower Panel Pattern). Use the suggested colors or choose your own.

- Entrant is the CREATOR of the finishing idea and holds all legal rights to the entry.
If using a copyrighted pattern to finish or display the flower panel, it is the Entrant's responsibility to get the appropriate written permission for use.
- Entrant grants permission to Bead-Patterns.com & Deb Moffett-Hall for use of the graphics and information provided (advertising purposes and display
in the CONTEST GALLERY and possible publication in the finished book).
- Up to 6 entries per person will be accepted only, make them your BEST.

Entrant will provide 1 JPG or GIF file meeting the following specifications:
Make this image (JPG or GIF) the best you can. Be creative in presentation, 1 image can be a collage of 2-3-4 images, showing various angles or close up's of a specific
section.
1 image file, GIF or JPG will be displayed in the CONTEST GALLERY:
File name must be 8 characters or less with a dot and 3 letter extension of jpg. example: MGonzale.jpg or MGonzale.gif (no spaces or special characters).
Mode for JPG: RGB
Mode for GIF: Indexed (a gif file can be transparent)
Resolution: 72 DPI
Size: 5" x 5" or smaller (360 x 360 pixels)
File size: less than 30KB
*In the event the image (JPG or GIF) does not meet the proper specifications the image may be altered to meet the proper specifications by
the staff at Bead-Patterns.com.
**The graphic provided is important.. this along with the descriptive information will help voters to decide.
Winning entries will need to supply photos of high resolution images or send in the item for photography. Further information will be sent to the winners.

Entrant will provide the following information:
1. Entrant's Name (not to be displayed until Contest Voting is Closed).
2. Entrants mailing address, needed to mail prizes to entrants (will never be posted, given or traded without permission).
3. Country
4. Date entry was completed
5. Entry title
6. Entry description (should include information as to how the criteria is met; Flower Panel).
7. Stitch(es) used for entry (other than Peyote or Brick used to create the Flower Panel)
8. Beads used in entry
9. Approximate finished size of entry
- Entrant understands that adding the entry & information to the CONTEST GALLERY signifies the acceptance of all rules, terms &
conditions set forth for this contest.
Information submitted will be available for public viewing and usable in advertising and promotions of Bead-Patterns.com
- Entrant understands the final entry date is: June 30, 2004 Midnight MST.
- Entrant will provide true and accurate information when entering this contest.
