Information:
1.) Verified public voting will be used to decide the winners.
2.) Verified Public voting will be only during the time specified.
Public Voting begins: April 10, 2006 10:00PM MST
Public Voting closed: April 21, 2006 6:59PM MST
3.) An active and accessible email address is required to vote.
4.) On April 24, 2006 the winners will be announced.
5.) 1 Vote will be accepted from each voter.

Judging can
be based on the list of questions below:
Each item below should receive a rating:
For FALSE/TRUE questions the rating is 0 for FALSE and 1 for TRUE.
Some questions will be based on a scale of 1 to 10. One being rated low and 10 rated high.
